Summary: A widow asks Elisha for help because some creditors are threatening to take her sons as slaves. Elisha gives her instructions for pouring a lot of oil she can sell. A prominent woman and her husband provide a room and meals for Elisha and his servant whenever they are in town. To bless her, Elisha promises her a son, who then dies and Elisha prays for him to come back to life. Then we have a description of poison stew and multiplying loaves and ears of grain.
