Summary: Ephriam is warned about a coming storm which will cast down his drunken pride. They stumble in judgement and are eating at tables of filthiness. They would not hear Yahweh’s message, so Yahweh’s word is like a snare to them. They are warned not to scoff and think their plans and lies will save them.
