Summary: Yahweh speaks to his anointed, Cyrus, telling how he will give him victory even though Cyrus had not known him. Cyrus will let God’s exiles go free. Yahweh again declares that there is no other God besides him and he has not spoken in secret. All the ends of the earth should look to him to be saved, for there is no other.
