Summary: Yahweh says, “Maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is near and my righteousness will soon be revealed.” He encourages both the foreigner and the eunuch that that those who hold fast to his covenant and love him will be blessed. And that his house will be called a house of prayer for all peoples. Then there is a section comparing those who should be shepherds to worthless dogs who don’t understand.
