Summary: Isaiah exalts Yahweh for having done wonderful things that were planned long ago, in complete faithfulness and truth. He speaks of Yahweh making a feast for all peoples and death being swallowed up forever! A song will be sung in the land of Judah that includes words about how the wicked will not learn righteousness. There is mention of dead bodies rising and Yahweh punishing leviathan, the fleeing serpent. Also, there will be a time when Yahweh’s people will be hidden for a little moment while Yahweh punishes the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity. Read from the World English Bible.
