Summary: Yahweh’s angel comes to tell the children of Israel what the consequences of their corrupt choices will be. They weep and sacrifice to Yahweh at a place they they name Bochim (which is not where they were told to offer sacrifices to Yahweh). When they are distressed because of their hardship, Yahweh sends judges to save them, but as soon as the judge dies, the people go back to being worse than before. Read from the World English Bible.
