Summary: Here is the account of Jesus telling the parable of the farmer sowing seeds and then explaining to his disciples why he speaks in parables to the multitudes. Several other parables are included in the chapter, some of which are explained, including the Kingdom of Heaven being like a dragnet. Weeping and gnashing of teeth come up at the end of two parables. Then Jesus goes to his own country, but they are offended by him. Read from the World English Bible.
