Summary: Herein is the beginning of the explanation of how Jesus is our high priest forever as prophesied, though the recipients of the letter are reprimanded for having become dull of hearing. They are admonished to move past first principles of Christ. They are cautioned that if someone has been enlightened once about repentance, but they don’t really take hold of it, they can’t be renewed to it again.
