Summary: Yahweh has spread out his hands all day to a rebellious people, a people who provoke him to his face continually. He will repay into their bosom their own iniquities. For his servants’ sake, he will not destroy all. He will bring offspring out of Jacob. Those who forsake Yahweh are destined for the sword, sorrow, and anguish.
